Hi there, I’m Sonya

I believe that we learn the most when we learn from each other.

For much of my life I have studied yoga and meditation - always curious to learn how to live in balance. My first contact with meditation was as a child, when I regularly visited the temple of a Tibetan lama in Italy with my mother. Towards the end of my teenage years, I began practicing Yoga asana because I wanted to move and bend with energy.

Over the years, I wanted to know more and more - which led me to teach Yoga and mindfulness in 2018. In my practice and teaching I combine knowledge and creativity - incorporating different aspects and elements to inspire and nourish body, mind and heart.

The joy of my life is my family and my two kids. I’m also leading the People and Organizational Development department in a big hospitality company, where I have the honor to collaborate with many different people everyday, working towards a more sustainable, humane and mindful world.
